Norway throws away enormous amounts of clothing every year, despite strong cultural appetite for sustainability. The repair option exists - tailors, cobblers, small shops - but finding them is fragmented, the experience is unreliable, and there's no single platform that makes it as easy as ordering food.

My Role

Founder Ole Cato Holden came to us with a clear vision: Make clothing repair as effortless as ordering from Bolt. My job was to figure out what that actually means across three very different types of users - and build it in four months.
